How can we expect to meet the chauffeur at the airport?
Post clearing customs check, look for your chauffeur. The chauffeur will be holding a sign or a name-board. If you have provided a mobile contact number, the chauffeur will send a text message just before your flight lands. Due to unforeseen circumstances, if you are unable to find us, please call +44 (0) 207931 9797 or chauffeur’s mobile number on your booking confirmation. We request you to not leave the terminal before finding us.

If my flight arrives early, will my chauffeur be present?
Yes, we actively monitor fight status and do our best to arrive early.

How long before the departure should I arrive at the airport?
You should aim to arrive 2-3 hours earlier, unless it’s a domestic flight. However, you should always check with the airline.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We always monitor your flight and arrive half an hour after your flight has landed. If in any case you are delayed for unforeseen circumstances, waiting time is charged at hourly rate. We divide the hour into 15 minute segments, i.e. four.

What should I do if my flight is seriously delayed and I don’t have new flight details?
You can email or call us, just keep in touch until you have the new flight details.

What happens if my flight details change?
We will update your booking with the new details as soon as you call or email us.

What is a waiting policy at the airport?
Our waiting policy is 60 minutes after flight has landed. Thereafter you will be charge £40 per hour.

Do fares include parking and tolls?
Parking and tolls are included.

How much time does it take to reach Central London from Heathrow or Gatwick Airport?
Central London from Heathrow will be 40 to 50 minutes or Gatwick takes 90 to 120 minutes respectively, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Are your chauffeurs smart and wear a suit and tie?
Absolutely! They wear dark suits, shirt and tie.

Will my chauffeur respect my privacy and confidentiality?
Definitely! Each of our chauffeurs has signed the non-disclosure agreement with Belgravia.

Do your chauffeurs chat to passengers?
Our chauffeurs are always polite and discreet. As a passenger, if you wish to converse or ask questions, then the chauffeur will be happy to respond.

Do your chauffeurs open the door for passengers?
Yes, not only this step is courteous, it is safer for passengers too.

Will my chauffeur carry the luggage?
Yes, our chauffeurs always offer to help carry your luggage.

Do your chauffeurs drive in excess of speed limits?
None of our chauffeurs will ever speed.

Do your chauffeurs drive gently and considerately?
Our chauffeurs always drive at safe and sensible speeds, keeping road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits in mind.

Will my chauffeur use a mobile phone whilst driving?
Absolutely not! It’s against the law.

Can I order a car to take me to a restaurant and a separate order to take me back so I am not paying for the driver in-between?

Will I be notified when the car arrives?
Yes, your chauffeur can call or SMS you on arrival, or wait with a name board in the car or even ring a door bell. Please specify your requirements at the time of booking.

How much in advance do I need to book?
We have taken bookings an hour before the journey too. However, we suggest your make a booking as early as possible.

When do I pay for my booking?
We require 100% deposit to confirm your booking. For a short notice, we take all payments before travel.

Can I set up an account or pay by invoice?
Yes, we can set up a business account for you. You can be invoiced per trip or per month. You can contact the office for more details.

Will the vehicle be clean?
Our vehicles are valeted regularly and cleaned daily.

Will the vehicle be safe?
Safety is always our first priority. All our vehicles have 6 monthly MOT’s. They are serviced regularly depending on manufacturer recommendations. The chauffeurs are responsible for checking the oil, coolants and tyre pressures on a daily basis.

I’m bringing a baby. Do you provide baby/child seats?
Yes, we have baby seats available. Kindly request them on booking. You will have to fit these yourselves according to the law. There is no extra charge though.

Do your vehicles have umbrellas available?

Will I be charged extra for entering the congestion charge zone?
No, our vehicles are PCO registered so there is no extra charge.

Do you offer discounts if I book regularly or have numerous cars that I require?
Yes, we provide discounts. Please talk to our team regarding discounts.

Are your prices VAT inclusive?
Yes. VAT is charged at 20% and included in our online prices.

Are their special charges for bank holidays or Christmas?
We charge extra only on Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Is their bottled water available in the car?
Yes, and it is free of charge.

Is there Wifi in the cars?
Enjoy complementary unlimited Wifi in all Belgravia Chauffeurs cars.

Can I charge my phone in the vehicle?
Chargers for iPhones are available in the car.

How old are your vehicles?
Apart from our vintage vehicles, our cars are no older than 2 years.

Can I eat or drink in the vehicle?
Water is provided in every vehicle, but we do not permit eating.

I hate the smell of smoke, is the car non-smoking?
Yes, we can however stop for smoke breaks at your behest.

Can I choose a certain colour of vehicle?
Yes, most of our cars are silver or black, but we also have a few other colours to choose from.

Do your cars have on-board entertainment?
All our cars have CD player, radio and bluetooth media player. You can ask the driver to put on music. All of our vehicles have DVD and WiFi too. If you would like these, kindly specify at the time of booking.

Are wedding cars limited in the amount of trips they make for the wedding party?
Our wedding cars are booked on a time basis. They are available to you throughout the duration of your wedding. During this time duration, you can make multiple journeys for other wedding guests. Any additional time is charged on an hourly rate divided into 15 minute segments.

Can you provide a car for the Bride and Groom after the wedding reception to their wedding night accommodation?
Yes, we offer this service at an additional cost. You can book a different car for this, in order to save money.
